Workation

Move your remote office closer to the seaside, or take in some spectacular mountain scenery: with us, you can work from abroad worldwide for up to 120 days a year. Within the EU, you can spend up to 60 consecutive calendar days working from a location of your choice – and up to 30 days outside the EU. That way you can extend your holiday or visit distant family and friends.

Our IT structure

Organizationally, our IT is divided into areas (Platform, Marketplace, Data, Corporate IT) and 8 clusters that work in a value stream-oriented manner. These include 21 interdisciplinary, agile teams that are led by 6 people leads. The teams also work together professionally in chapters.

 With our TIMOCOM marketplace, we offer our customers a variety of products and services, with which we support companies from production and trade as well as freight forwarders and carriers in arranging transport orders in road freight transport. TIMOCOM attaches great importance to intuitive usability so that logistical challenges can be mastered more easily. 

AI Hackathons

We don’t just talk about AI - we put it into action.

Our AI hackathons turn our headquarters in Erkrath into a think tank. The TIMOs work on selected use cases for our marketplace and our customers. Not just a showcase, but solutions that work in everyday life - smart, safe, and simple.

We build prototypes, test, discard, and improve using large language models, multimodal systems, and agent-based workflows. To do this, we use Azure and OpenAI models, Mistral variants, OCR, speech-to-text and text-to-speech, as well as vector databases for clean context.

As TIMOs, we want to keep making things better #KeepGrowing. To make that happen, we provide the space, the team, and the infrastructure.
