Relocate your home office to a place with guaranteed sea breezes or mountain air: With us, you can work from abroad worldwide for up to 120 calendar days a year. Within the EU, you can spend up to 60 consecutive calendar days working from a location of your choice – and up to 30 days outside the EU. So you can extend your vacation or visit family and friends far away. Mental health and a good work-life balance are important to us. For this reason, work and vacation are not opposites at TIMOCOM - we combine both. During your workation you are automatically covered by travel insurance, because your health is important to us!

“Workation gave me the chance to start summer a little earlier. By combining vacation and workation, I was able to extend my stay in Ibiza, which gave me the opportunity to really get to know the island. After a short morning walk with my dog along the beach, I started work each day feeling energized and in a great mood. In the evenings, I could watch the sunset and enjoy some tapas.

I never felt like I was missing out on anything, because after work there was still plenty of time to soak up the beautiful weather and the island’s unique atmosphere. Workation means for me ‘’being present‘’.

Being present at the birthdays of my relatives and lifelong friends, being present and watching my nieces and nephews grow up and achieving important milestones in their lives, being present and helping my parents with their daily chores.

I have been living abroad away from home for five years now and this benefit is really a great privilege for me, because I can come home whenever my presence is wanted or needed, but also any time I want or need the presence of my loved ones! And this is priceless!
