Workation

.Move your remote office closer to the seaside, or take in some spectacular mountain scenery: with us, you can work from abroad worldwide for up to 120 days a year. Within the EU, you can spend up to 60 consecutive calendar days working from a location of your choice – and up to 30 days outside the EU. That way you can extend your holiday or visit distant family and friends.

In addition to flexible working hours, we are committed to making sure that you are able to meet both work and family obligations. Our parent-child offices feature a desk, a ball pit, and an area specifically designed for small children, allowing kids to play safely while you work. We also have a nursery: our company owners, the Thiermann family, set up a nursery to make finding childcare easier for employees.

Stay mobile

We are committed to saving the environment, so we offer you the option of leasing an electric or regular bicycle. Cycling isn’t for you? In that case, we’ll be happy to offer you access to a discounted public transportation ticket. If you drive to work, then we have a transport allowance for you. Plus, there are plenty of free parking spaces available at our offices.

In General Management, we draw on the varied expertise and experience offered by each individual team to optimally support Tim and Sebastian, our Managing Directors. We are also the gateway to all other departments, so we have the opportunity to get to know individual TIMOs and what they do. This keeps our work varied and gives us the opportunity to help our company develop and grow. We work together, respect each other and enjoy our jobs, so each team is well prepared for anything the day might bring. Strategic Project Management, Assistants, Office Management and Company Spokesman work together with Tim and Sebastian to implement new ideas and projects and achieve the best possible results. We work to discover innovative solutions that achieve small and large successes each and every day.

We offer language courses for all our employees: you can take the opportunity to improve your German or English, so you can improve communication with your colleagues in both Germany and Europe. You can select between online courses and courses at a language school in Düsseldorf, or you can work with our in-house language teacher.

We learn together – in addition to uGROW and lernOS, everyone is invited to contribute to our company podcast.
