Prize draw survey grounds for cancellation November 2024
1. Organiser
The organiser of the prize draw is TIMOCOM GmbH (hereinafter also referred to as TIMOCOM).
The recipient of the information provided by the participants is TIMOCOM GmbH
2. Prize
At the end of each quarter, all eligible participants will be entered into a prize draw to win one of five Amazon vouchers worth 50 euros each.
Cash payment of the prize and transfer to other persons is not possible.
3. Duration of the prize draw
The prize draw starts on 4 November 2023 at 8 am and will run continuously.
4. Eligibility
Only people over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Each survey participant is eligible for one prize draw entry only. Employees of the organiser of the prize draw and their relatives are excluded from participating.
5. Participation procedure
In order to participate in the prize draw, the participant must have a (formerly) existing licensing agreement with the organiser and have appropriately answered all questions in the survey that is the basis for prize draw participation. Place holders, irrelevant answers or joke answers may be determined by the organiser to be inappropriate answers.
6. Determining the winner
The winner will be chosen at random from all participants at the end of the each quarter. The decision is made by random draw.
7. Date and type of notification
The winner will be informed by TIMOCOM by e-mail after the prize draw has ended, i.e. at the end of each quarter. Each winner must contact TIMOCOM within five days of publication of the winner’s notification by e-mail with their address and (former) TIMOCOM ID. Failure to comply with this deadline will result in forfeiture of the right to win and the prize will be raffled again.
8. Awarding the prize
The prize, in the form of a voucher code, will be sent to the address provided by the winner in the survey. The prize is awarded and shipped by TIMOCOM GmbH.
To receive the prize, the participant may be required to provide a complete postal address so that the gift voucher can be sent (via post). For security reasons it will not be possible to pick up the prize or arrange a handover. The decision is final and cannot be subjected to legal action, cash payment in lieu of the gift voucher is not an option and transferring the prize to another person is forbidden.
9. Purpose of processing
The purpose of the processing is your participation in the prize draw. We process your data solely for the purpose of carrying out the prize draw. The data collected for the implementation of the prize draw will be deleted 6 months after the winner has been declared.
In the event that this is stated in the prize draw, you will provide us with your data in return for participating in the prize draw in order to receive our e-mail newsletter. You can opt-out of receiving the e-mail newsletter electronically at any time. The link required for this can be found in every newsletter e-mail. Your data will not be passed on to other companies or used for other purposes unless you give us your explicit consent.
10. Exclusion of participants
Each participant may only enter this prize draw once and can only win once. Participation shall also be excluded if there are justified reasons, such as a violation of the conditions of participation, undue influence on the prize draw, manipulation, etc. If necessary, prizes can also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed in these cases.
11. Extraordinary termination of the prize draw
The organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the prize draw if this should be necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond TIMOCOM’s control or if this is the only way to ensure that the prize draw can be carried out properly.
12. Severability clause
Should any of the provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
13. Other
The conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between participant and TIMOCOM are subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Dusseldorf.
There is no right of appeal. -
LogiMAT 2025 Speed Challenge prize draw
1. Organiser
The organiser of the prize draw is TIMOCOM GmbH (hereinafter also referred to as TIMOCOM). The recipient of the information provided by the participants is TIMOCOM GmbH. The information provided will be used only for the prize draw.2. Prize
The following prizes will be awarded among all eligible participants:
Apple Watch SE (€349.00)
roborock Q5 Pro robot vacuum (€220.00)
Amazon Echo Dot (€65.00)
Cash payment of the prize and transfer to other persons is not possible.
3. Duration of the prize draw
The prize draw starts on 11/03/2025 at 8:00a.m. (start of LogiMAT) and ends on 13/03/2025 at 6:00p.m (end of LogiMAT).
4. Eligibility
Only people over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Each participant in the prize draw is eligible for one entry only. In addition, the persons must visit the TIMOCOM GmbH exhibition booth at LogiMAT. Employees of the organiser of the prize draw and their relatives are excluded from participating.
5. Participation procedure
To enter the prize draw, the following steps are required:
Visit the exhibition booth: Visit the TIMOCOM GmbH exhibition booth at LogiMAT in Stuttgart.
Enter the Speed Challenge Take part in our Speed Challenge. You will be given the task of posting a freight offer on the TIMOCOM freight exchange as quickly as possible based on a given e-mail. Stop the timer yourself by pressing a buzzer.
Fill out the form: Enter your time and your name in the entry form provided. All participants who complete the form correctly and successfully submit the freight offer at the TIMOCOM GmbH exhibition booth will be entered into the prize draw.
6. Determining the winner
The winners will be drawn at random from all eligible participants after the closing date.

Competition Customer survey on marketplace use in 2026
1. Organiser
